Before You Call
A valid driving license is required for every rental. For our Supercar tier, drivers must be 25 or older with at least three years of driving experience — we'll ask to see your license at handover.
Yes. A refundable deposit is held on your card and varies by vehicle tier — your concierge confirms the exact amount when your reservation is finalised.
Often, yes — subject to availability. Call the concierge line at least a few hours before your scheduled return and we'll do our best to extend on the spot.
Intercity delivery can be arranged on request, with an additional logistics fee based on distance. Mention your destination when booking and we'll quote it upfront.
A full tank at handover, standard insurance, unlimited mileage within city limits, and 24/7 roadside support are included with every reservation.
