Yes, we offer delivery across all emirates in the UAE. Standard delivery takes 5â10 business days, while express delivery (1â3 days) is available in Dubai and Abu Dhabi for an additional fee. Free delivery applies to all orders above $500.
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy on most items. The furniture must be in its original condition and packaging. Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-refundable. Contact our team to initiate a return and we'll arrange a pickup.
Standard delivery is 5â10 business days for items in stock. Custom and made-to-order furniture typically takes 4â8 weeks. You will receive tracking updates via email and SMS once your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
Yes! We offer white-glove delivery which includes professional assembly and placement of your furniture. This service is complimentary on orders above $1,500. For smaller orders, assembly can be added for a flat fee of $75.
