Ontario & Quebec addresses typically arrive within 5–7 business days. The rest of Canada takes 2–3 weeks depending on the piece and your region. You'll get tracking as soon as it ships.
Most pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale — we'll always flag this clearly before you check out.
Yes — most upholstered pieces can be ordered in an alternate fabric from our swatch library, and wood pieces are available in oak or walnut. Use the contact form or visit the showroom to walk through options.
Vacuum with a soft brush attachment weekly, blot spills immediately with a clean cloth, and avoid direct sunlight where possible. Each piece ships with a care card specific to its fabric.
