How long does delivery usually take?
Most in-stock items arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch. Made-to-order pieces may take 3–6 weeks — the estimated date is always shown at checkout.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Yes, as long as the order hasn't been dispatched yet. Contact our support team with your order ID and the new address as soon as possible.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Reach out within 48 hours of delivery with a few photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or repair at no extra cost.
Do you offer assembly on delivery?
Larger pieces such as beds, wardrobes, and dining tables include optional in-home assembly — you can select this at checkout.
