Yes! We understand life happens. You can freeze your membership for up to 3 months per year. Elite and Champion members can freeze for up to 6 months. Just give us 7 days notice.
We occasionally run promotions with waived joining fees. Currently, Starter has a $50 joining fee, while Elite and Champion memberships have no joining fee.
All memberships require a 30-day notice for cancellation. There are no long-term contracts - you're free to cancel with proper notice at any time.
Yes! Day passes are $25 and give you full access to the facility for one day. It's a great way to try us out before committing to a membership.
Absolutely! You can change your membership level at any time. Upgrades are immediate, while downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
