I started doing nails the way most people do — quickly, and for anyone who walked in. Over time I found the work I actually cared about was slower: understanding a client's hands, their habits, what their nails could realistically hold up to, and building a treatment around that instead of a fixed menu.
That's still how Nails Boutique runs. One appointment at a time, one pair of hands at a time, with enough room in the schedule to actually pay attention.
