What documents are required for the application?
You will need your child's birth certificate, passport copy, previous school reports (last 2 years), immunisation records, and 2 recent passport-sized photographs. For non-Arabic speaking families, translated documents may be required.
Is there an entrance exam?
For Grades 1–6, we conduct a friendly assessment session to understand your child's strengths and learning style — not a high-pressure exam. For Grades 7–12, a more structured academic assessment is required in core subjects.
Do you offer scholarships or financial aid?
Yes! We offer merit-based scholarships covering up to 25% of tuition for academically outstanding students. Sibling discounts of 10% are automatically applied. Please contact our admissions office for more details on eligibility criteria.
What is the language of instruction?
English is the primary language of instruction across all subjects. Arabic is taught as a core subject to all students in compliance with UAE Ministry of Education requirements. French and Mandarin are offered as elective languages from Grade 4 onwards.
How do I schedule a campus tour?
Campus tours are available Monday to Thursday between 9:00am and 1:00pm during the school term. Please call us at +971 4 123 4567 or email admissions@brightmind.ae to book a convenient time for your family.
When will I receive a decision after applying?
After submitting your application, you will receive an acknowledgement within 24 hours. Following the assessment, admission decisions are communicated within 5 working days. Early applicants (before May 31) receive priority consideration.
