Founded in 2013 in Sharjah, UAE, NEXLV began as a small team of passionate engineers with a vision to bring world-class ELV integration to the region. Over the past decade, we have grown into one of the UAE's most trusted names in security and smart infrastructure.

We've navigated the rapid transformation of the region's built environment — from the rise of mega-developments to the adoption of smart city technologies — and positioned ourselves at every step as the technical partner of choice for developers, contractors, and facility managers.

Today, NEXLV operates across the UAE with a team of 60+ certified engineers, dedicated project managers, and support staff committed to delivering solutions that protect people, property, and operations.

2013

Company Founded

NEXLV established in Sharjah with a core team of 8 engineers.

2015

First Major Government Contract

Awarded comprehensive CCTV and access control project for Sharjah Municipality.

2017

Dubai Office Opened

Expanded operations to Dubai, growing team to 30+ professionals.

2020

Smart Building Division Launched

Added BMS, IoT integration, and smart building automation to service portfolio.

2023

500th Project Milestone
