What areas in UAE do you serve?

We operate across all seven emirates of the UAE — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. Our main offices are in Sharjah and Dubai.

How long does a typical ELV project take?

Project duration depends on scope and complexity. Small installations (single office CCTV) may take 1–3 days, while large-scale projects (residential towers, government facilities) typically take 4–16 weeks. We provide a detailed project schedule with every proposal.

Do you offer Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)?

Yes — we offer comprehensive AMC packages covering all ELV systems installed by NEXLV. Our AMC plans include scheduled preventive maintenance visits, 24/7 emergency support, and priority response times.

Can you work with existing systems from other vendors?

Absolutely. Our team has experience integrating with and expanding existing ELV systems from all major vendors including Hikvision, Axis, Bosch, Honeywell, and many others. We assess compatibility during the site survey phase.

Is a site survey required before getting a quote?

For most projects, a site survey significantly improves the accuracy of our quote and system design. We offer free site surveys for projects within the UAE. For preliminary budgeting, we can also provide indicative pricing based on project specifications you share with us.
