Built to answer on the first ring

On-Demand IT exists because most businesses can't afford a full IT department, but can't afford slow support either.

Our story

Started by technicians tired of slow tickets

On-Demand IT started with a simple frustration: too many small and mid-sized businesses were stuck waiting days for a callback from an overstretched IT provider, while a single outage cost them the whole afternoon.

We built a dispatch model instead of a ticket queue. Technicians are matched to problems in real time, whether that means jumping on a remote session in minutes or driving out with a toolkit the same day.

Today we support businesses across retail, healthcare, logistics, legal, hospitality, and manufacturing — anywhere reliable IT is the difference between a normal day and a lost one.

How we got here

A short history of a company built around answering faster.

2018

Founded with three technicians and a single promise: someone always answers.

2020

Expanded to 24/7 dispatch as remote work made after-hours outages far more common.

2022

Opened a second technician hub to keep on-site response times under two hours.

2025

Passed 140 client businesses across six industries, with a 96% first-visit resolution rate.
